Tablespoon Adds Four New Hires, Strengthens Restaurant Industry-Focused Client Services Team

DALLAS, TX (May 9, 2022) — Tablespoon, the leading restaurant industry focused Sage Intacct partner, today announced that it has added four new team members, strengthening its ability to serve the needs of its growing restaurant industry base of clients and broadening its presence throughout the U.S.

Tariq Banks has been hired as Tablespoon’s Director of Business Operations. Tariq will be working directly with Tablespoon’s CEO, Andrew Lester, to help run the firm’s internal operations. Prior to Tablespoon, Tariq served as the Senior Controller for FTR Hospitality. Tariq resides in the Tampa Bay area.

“I’m honored that I have been given the opportunity to step into this new position with Tablespoon. The entire team at Tablespoon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and I look forward to collaborating with our entire team to assist in the growth of Tablespoon,” says Tariq Banks.

Jana Breitling has been hired as Tablespoon’s Accounting Services Manager. Jana will be working with Tablespoon’s outsourced accounting clients. Prior to Tablespoon, Jana served as Accounting Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality. Jana resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Stefanie Collins has been hired as Tablespoon’s Staff Accountant. Stefanie will be helping to compile and maintain accurate financial reports for Tablespoon’s clients by accurately reviewing and posting daily sales, as well as assisting with accounts payable. Stefanie resides in the central Arkansas area.

Tina Newberry has been hired as Tablespoon’s Director of Accounting Services. She will be running the Managed Accounting Services team, as well as working with the outsourced accounting clients. Prior to Tablespoon, Tina served as VP Central Accounting at Aimbridge Hospitality. Tina resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

It’s been an exciting year – with the addition of the recent new hires, Tablespoon has grown 27.27%.
