Tablespoon 2025 Company Retreat: Collaboration, Cooking, and a Few Ghosts

Share:

Last week, the Tablespoon team gathered in Cleveland, OH for our annual company retreat, which was a chance to step out of our day-to-day work, come together as a team, and focus on both the future and each other.

The retreat was filled with strategy sessions centered around planning for MAS and VAR, giving us the time and space to align on goals, share ideas, and strengthen how we work together. These discussions set the stage for growth and innovation in the year ahead.

But it wasn’t all work; we made sure to balance the planning with plenty of team-building and fun! On our first evening, we gathered at The International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute with the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking. The night was all about collaboration (and great food!) as we learned to prepare an end-of-summer dinner together. Cooking side by side gave us the perfect opportunity to connect in a different way, outside of the office.

Night two took us in a spookier direction with a Haunted History Tour at Great Lakes Brewing Company. Between the rich history, incredible hospitality, and a few ghostly tales, it was a night to remember.

The combination of thoughtful planning, hands-on collaboration, and shared experiences made this retreat one of our best yet. We left Cleveland inspired, aligned, and ready to take on the year ahead.
